2 tbsp olive oil painting
1 medium onion( minced)
2 carrots( hulled and minced)
2 celery stalks( minced)
4 garlic cloves( diced)
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 can( 14.5 oz) minced tomatoes( undrained)
4 mugs vegetable or funk broth
2 barrels( 15 oz each) cannellini sap( drained and irrigated)
2 mugs kale or spinach( diced)
1 tsp swab( or to taste)
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp red pepper flakes( voluntary)
1 tbsp fresh parsley( diced, for trim)
Grated Parmesan rubbish( voluntary, for serving)
Instructions
1️⃣ Sauté the Aromatics
Heat olive oil painting in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the minced onion, carrots, and celery. Sauté for 5- 7 twinkles until softened.
