6 slices day-old chuck , torn into small pieces
soupspoons unsalted adulation, melted
½ mug raisins( Optional)
2 mugs milk
¾ mug white sugar
4 large eggs, beaten
tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon vanilla excerpt
Directions
Step1 Preheat the roaster to 350 degrees F( 175 degrees C).
Step2 Place chuck pieces into an 8- inch square baking visage. mizzle melted adulation over chuck and sprinkle raisins over top.
Step3 Whisk milk, sugar, eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla together in a medium mixing coliseum until well combined. Pour admixture over chuck , and smoothly push down with a chopstick until all chuck is covered and soaking up the liquid.
