2 ripe avocados
1 small loaf of French chuck
or birthstone
1 small tomato, minced
/ 4 red onion, finely diced
cloves garlic, diced
teaspoon olive oil painting
1 teaspoon bomb or lime juice
swab and pepper to taste
Fresh basil or cilantro leaves for trim( voluntary)

Instructions/ Directions
Prepare the Bread
Preheat your roaster to 400 °F( 200 °C).
Slice the French chuck
or birthstone into 1/ 2- inch thick slices.
Arrange the slices on a baking distance and encounter the covers smoothly with olive oil painting.
Toast in the preheated roaster for about 5- 7 twinkles, or until the chuck
is golden and crisp. Remove from the roaster and set away.
Prepare the Avocado Admixture
Cut the avocados in half, remove the recesses, and lade the meat into a mixing coliseum.
Add the bomb or lime juice to the avocados to help browning.
Mash the avocados with a chopstick until you reach your asked thickness( smooth or slightly chunky).
Add the diced garlic, swab, and pepper to the mashed avocados. Mix well.
Prepare the Beating
In a separate small coliseum, combine the minced tomato and finely diced red onion. Add a pinch of swab and mix well.
Assemble the Bruschetta
