Ribeye Steak mouthfuls and Cheesy Smashed Potatoes 😋 😋

For the Ribeye Steak mouthfuls
- 1.5 lbs ribeye steak, cut into bite- sized cells
- 2 tbsp olive oil painting
- 3 tbsp unsalted adulation
- 3 cloves garlic, diced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves( or 1/2 tsp dried thyme)
- swab and pepper to taste For the Cheesy Smashed Potatoes
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil painting
- 1 mug tattered cheddar rubbish
- 1/2 mug grated Parmesan rubbish
- 2 tbsp unsalted adulation, melted
- 1 tsp garlic greasepaint
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- swab and pepper to taste
-Fresh parsley, diced, for garnish Instructions 😋
- Prepare the Potatoes
- Preheat your roaster to 425 °F( 220 °C).
- Boil the baby potatoes in a pot of interspersed water for 15 – 20 twinkles, or until chopstick- tender. Drain and let cool slightly.
- Arrange the potatoes on a baking distance. Use the reverse of a chopstick or a potato lecher to gently smash each potato.
- Season and rally the Potatoes
- Dapple the smashed potatoes with olive oil painting and melted adulation. Sprinkle with garlic greasepaint, smoked paprika, swab, and pepper.
- rally in the preheated roaster for 15 twinkles.
- Remove the potatoes from the roaster, sprinkle with cheddar and Parmesan rubbish, and return to the roaster for another 5 – 10 twinkles, or until the rubbish is melted and bubbly.
- Cook the Ribeye Steak mouthfuls
- Heat olive oil painting in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak cells with smoked paprika, swab, and pepper.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single subcaste and sear for 2 – 3 twinkles per side, until browned and cooked to your asked doneness.
- Reduce the heat, add adulation and diced garlic, and toss to fleece the steak mouthfuls in the garlic adulation. Remove from heat.
- Assemble and Serve
- Plate the inelegant smashed potatoes and top with fresh parsley for trim.
