constituents

10 pieces of funk( rather shanks and legs with skin
2 mugs of wheat flour
5 soupspoons cornstarch
2 eggs
1 mugs of faded milk
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon funk or meat seasoning
1 teaspoon diced garlic
swab and pepper to taste
oil painting for frying

Preparation

  1. Wash and dry the funk pieces well. also, they’re seasoned with a little swab and pepper.
  2. In a large pot, place the funk pieces and fill with water until half covered. also, place it over low heat for 10 twinkles with the pot lid on.
  3. While cuisine, prepare 2 large coliseums. In the first, place the flour, cornstarch, ground garlic and seasoning and stir well. In the other, the eggs, milk, mustard, swab and pepper will be placed and must be stirred veritably well with a chopstick.
