4 mugs funk broth( manual or store- bought)
1 mug pastina pasta( bitsy star- shaped or plum- shaped pasta)
1 egg, beaten
/ 4 mug lately grated Parmesan rubbish
1 tbsp adulation
swab and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat the Broth
In a medium pot, bring the funk broth to a gentle pustule.
Cook the Pastina
Add the pastina to the boiling broth and cook for about 6 – 8 twinkles, stirring sometimes, until tender.
produce Creamy Richness
Lower the heat to a poach. Stir the beaten egg sluggishly into the haze while continuously whisking to produce a silky texture.
Finish with Adulation & rubbish
Add the adulation and Parmesan rubbish to the haze, stirring until melted and well combined. Season with swab and pepper to taste.
Serve
spoon into coliseums, sprinkle with redundant Parmesan and a gusto of black pepper, and serve warm. 🥄
