For the Seafood
2 lobster tails, hulled and deveined
scallops, gutted
tbsp adulation
4 garlic cloves, diced
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp cayenne pepper( voluntary, for heat)
swab and pepper, to taste
For the Sauce and Garnish
1 tbsp fresh bomb juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, diced
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Seafood
Peel and devein the lobster tails, cutting them lengthwise to expose the meat.
Pat the lobster tails and scallops dry with a paper kerchief to insure a perfect sear.
2️⃣ Cook the Lobster and Scallops
In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp adulation over medium-high heat.
Add diced garlic and sauté for 1 – 2 twinkles until ambrosial.
Add lobster tails to the skillet and cook for 3 – 4 twinkles per side until the meat is opaque and tender. Remove and set away.
In the same skillet, sear the scallops for 2 – 3 twinkles per side until golden brown. Remove and set away.
3️⃣ Make the Garlic Adulation Sauce
Melt an fresh 1 tbsp adulation in the skillet if demanded.
Stir in paprika, cayenne pepper( if using), bomb juice, swab, and pepper.
poach for 1 nanosecond to combine flavors.
4️⃣ Combine and Serve
Return the cooked lobster and scallops to the skillet.
Toss them gently in the garlic adulation sauce, hotting
for 1 – 2 twinkles until unevenly carpeted and warmed through.
5️⃣ Garnish and Enjoy
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve incontinently with bomb wedges.
