2 packets funk gravy blend
1 can cream of Chicken Soup
1 can of water
1 tablespoon garlic greasepaint
tablespoon paprika
tablespoon coarse ground black pepper
I did n’t measures the seasoning, I just put a good coating on the funk)
whole funk guts, boneless skinless( about a pound)
/ 2 mug sour cream

Instructions
Season funk guts with garlic greasepaint, black pepper, paprika place in slow cooker. Wisk together the water, gravy packets, haze, until smooth
Pour admixture over funk
Cover and cook on low for 4- 5 hours.
Mine cooked 4.5 hours)
When done, precisely remove funk, shred or cut as asked .
Whisk the sour cream into the slow cooker until smooth and serve over funk. Season with fresh swab and pepper to taste if asked . I did not add any further.

Serve with crush potatoes, rice, cookstove top filling, or egg polls.
