Blueberry Cinnamon Rolls

For the Dough
3 ¾ mugs each- purpose flour
¼ mug granulated sugar
2 ¼ tsp( 1 packet) instant incentive
½ tsp swab
1 mug warm milk( 110 °F)
¼ mug unsalted adulation, melted
large egg
For the Blueberry Filling
1 mug fresh or frozen blueberries
½ mug granulated sugar
1 tbsp bomb juice
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
For the Cream rubbish Glaze
4 oz cream rubbish, softened
tbsp unsalted adulation, softened
mug pulverized sugar
½ tsp vanilla excerpt
2- 3 tbsp milk( for asked thickness)
Instructions
Prepare the Dough
In a large mixing coliseum, whisk together flour, sugar, incentive, and swab.
Add warm milk, melted adulation, and egg. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured face for about 5- 7 twinkles, or until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased coliseum, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Make the Blueberry Filling
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine blueberries, sugar, and bomb juice. Cook until the blueberries release their authorities, about 5 twinkles.
In a separate coliseum, blend cornstarch and water to produce a slurry. Add the slurry to the blueberry admixture and cook until thickened, about 2 twinkles. Remove from heat and let cool.
Assemble the Rolls
Roll out the dough into a 16×12- inch cube on a floured face.
Spread the cooled blueberry admixture unevenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Roll the dough tightly into a log, starting from the long edge. Slice into 12 equal pieces.
Alternate Rise
Place the rolls in a oiled 9×13- inch baking dish. Cover and let them rise for 30 twinkles.
Singe the Rolls
Preheat the roaster to 350 °F( 175 °C).
Singe the rolls for 20- 25 twinkles, or until smoothly golden and cooked through.
Prepare the Cream rubbish Glaze
Beat cream rubbish and adulation together until smooth. Gradationally add powdered sugar and vanilla excerpt. Mix in milk until asked thickness is reached.
Glaze and Serve
Spread the cream rubbish glaze over warm rolls.
