For the Sauce

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 inch ginger (finely chopped)
  • 2 green chilies (sliced)
  • 1 medium onion (cubed)
  • 1 small green bell pepper (cubed)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • Β½ tsp black pepper
  • Β½ tsp sugar (optional for balance)
  • Β½ cup chicken stock or water

Cornflour Slurry

  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp water

Garnish

  • 2 tbsp chopped spring onions

1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, mix together:

  • Chicken pieces
  • Salt

  • Red chilli sauce
  • Egg white
  • Cornflour
