  • 12 scallops
  • 200g( 7 oz) hulled shrimp
  • 250g( 9 oz) button mushrooms
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 20 cl( 3/4 mug) thick cream
  • 10 cl( 1/2 mug) dry white wine
  • 30g( 2 tbsp) adulation
  • 2 soupspoons olive oil painting
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley

  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into diggings.
