Seafood Dish Scallops, Shrimp, and Mushrooms 🦐 🐚 🍄

- 12 scallops
- 200g( 7 oz) hulled shrimp
- 250g( 9 oz) button mushrooms
- 2 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 20 cl( 3/4 mug) thick cream
- 10 cl( 1/2 mug) dry white wine
- 30g( 2 tbsp) adulation
- 2 soupspoons olive oil painting
- 1 bunch fresh parsley

- Clean the mushrooms and cut them into diggings.
- Finely hash the shallots and hash the garlic.
- In a visage, sauté the mushrooms with half the adulation for 5 twinkles. Set away.
- In the same visage, melt the remaining adulation with olive oil painting. Add shallots and garlic, sauté for 2 twinkles.
- Add the scallops and shrimp. Cook for 2 twinkles on each side.
- Deglaze with white wine and reduce by half.
- Add the cream and poach for 3 twinkles.
- Incorporate the mushrooms and heat for 2 fresh twinkles.
- Season with swab and pepper. Sprinkle with diced parsley.
