Banana Butter cutlet
constituents
- 11/2 mugs( 180 grams) all- purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking greasepaint
- 1/2 tablespoon baking soda pop
- 1/4 tablespoon swab
- 1/2 mug( 115 grams) unsalted adulation, softened
- 1 mug( 200 grams) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon vanilla excerpt
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 mug( 120 milliliters) sour cream or yogurt
- 1/2 mug( 60 grams) diced nuts( voluntary) Instructions
Preheat your roaster to 350 °F( 175 °C). Grease your asked baking kissers
with adulation and also with a little flour, dust off the excess.
In a medium coliseum, whisk together the flour,
incinerating greasepaint, incinerating soda pop,
and swab. In a large mixing coliseum,
cream together the softened adulation( you can use margarine if you want) and granulated sugar until light and ethereal.

If you’re using nuts fold in the diced nuts gently
Pour the batter into the set visage and smooth the top with a spatula. Singe in the preheated roaster for 50- 60 twinkles, or until a toothpick fitted into the center comes out clean.
