Classic Egg Custard Pie

constituents

• 1 unbaked 9- inch pie crust
• 3 large eggs
• 1/2 mug sugar
• 1/4 tsp swab
• 2 mugs whole milk
• 1 tsp vanilla excerpt
• 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg( voluntary, for beating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat roaster to 350 °F( 175 °C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a 9- inch pie dish and set away.
  3. In a coliseum, whisk eggs, sugar, and swab until smooth.
  4. Gradationally stir in milk and vanilla excerpt.
  5. Pour the admixture into the pie crust.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of nutmeg on top if asked .
  7. Singe for 45 – 50 twinkles, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  8. Cool before serving.
