🛒 Ingredients
- 12 oz fettuccine (or penne)
- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets

- Cook the pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Add broccoli in the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside. - Grill the chicken
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Grill 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove, rest briefly, then slice. - Make the Alfredo sauce
In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and simmer 3–4 minutes. Stir in Parmesan and Italian seasoning until smooth. - Combine everything
Add pasta, broccoli, and sliced chicken to the sauce. Toss until evenly coated. Adjust seasoning as needed. - Serve & enjoy
Garnish with parsley or red pepper flakes if desired. Serve hot!
